Sage, spearmint, chive and basil - the sage just popped!

So far only my chives, thyme and cornflowers have sprouted. I've given up on the rosemary and lavender seeds. There was no hope for the coleus.

Don't give up yet - it took my sage 3 1/2 weeks to pop, and my spearmint is just peekin' up, barely.

What have you pnted this year? Empty The Spring Planting

So far, all I've managed to grow are the fleas on the dog, but my blue bearded Irises look fabulous! Oh, and a bumper crop of dandelions! Shame I don't make dandelion wine...

However, will be putting the tomatoes in the ground once we're past frost-free here in Indiana. My strawberries look great and I want to add a small herb garden at the edge of my ritual grove late in May. Will keep y'all posted!

Eat the roots! I love adding dandelion roots to potato soup, plus it's good for you digestive track.

And the leaves - I put them in a salad while they are still young, they get really bitter, really fast.
