I was just wondering if home-brewing could be included in the kitchen category.

**homebrew** Empty Brown sugar

Well, I just tried using brown sugar in place of priming sugar for an amber ale. Sounded good at the time, but it doesn't taste very good, so I don't recommend it.

Well, I'm going to fall back on a couple tried and true recipes, just so I can stock up on good beerthen it will be time for experiments again. I want to come up with a good pilsner and a good amber.

Love Potion #9 has just been bottled, and I just started fermenting some chocolate stout.

Chocolate stout? That sounds delicious. I've had chocolate tea but no beer.

I haven't tried it yet. This will be my first time. Also, I went kinda light on the chocolate because I didn't want to overdo it.

On a sadder note, a bottle of my Love Potion exploded yesterday. Perhaps a bit premature... Shocked

While I am very sad for you, this line made my day. Thanks.
